SELECTION PROCEDURE

1. Determine the volume of space to be ventilated
Volume (ft3) =LxW x H
Where L = Length, W = Width
H = Height of the building
2. Select air change rate from table A
3. Calculate required ventilation rate
Q (cfm) = Volume (ft3) x Air Change Rate 60
4. Determine the number of ventilators = Ventilators Rate Q
